The claims department has the toughest credit cards jobs.  They are going to be researching the charges on your statement that you see as false or if you have a question on where a charge originated from.  This is the department you want if you suspect a scammer has your card.  They are also the department that researches claims regarding companies that may have over charged you or the goods were never delivered.

For credit cards jobs that you may be interested in it is best to seek the credit card company.  The companies are going to list what positions they may have open to you at the moment.  They will also list the types of positions and qualifications. 

Other credit cards jobs that are not related to the company, but have a part in the actual credit card process are collections.  A collections agency is going to deal in the credit card claims that you have defaulted.  In other words they are going to be hired to make sure you pay the balance when you default.  This job is often un- glorified and not fun.  The collections department tends to brow beat consumers for payment.  You have to be tough for a job like this one.  As I said it is actually not through the credit card, but usually an outside company dealing specifically with credit card collections.
